UK Delivery

Orders placed by 3pm on any working day will be processed and despatched the same day.

Any order placed after this time will be processed and despatched the next working day.

Orders placed on bank holidays and weekends will be despatched on the next working day.

International Delivery

Customers outside the UK will not be charged VAT. It is removed at checkout once you have selected your delivery country.

If you have chosen to engrave an item this can add 2–3 working days to your order. If you need it sooner please let us know and we will try to deliver it as soon as possible.

If you have not received your order, please let us know within 7 days, so we can follow up with the Courier service.

We offer a no quibble refund guarantee within 60 days of purchase. We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase but understand there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. If the product has been engraved, damaged or used we can not offer a refund. We aim to make the process as simple as possible !
